Select "Search by Customer Number". Your 9-digit customer ID number is the same as your 7-digit RIHFID number. Just add two zeros to the start of the number. For example, if your RIHFID number is 0012345 your customer number will be 000-012-345

You can also use your driver's license number to search for your account.
